Q: Why won’t my collar respond to commands it’s being given?
A: There is are a variety of things that could cause your collar to not respond to commands. The most common one is that you are saying them on the wrong channel. By default Infinity collars work on channel 1. So before the commands will work you need to type /1.
Example:
/1 .owner Lucius Obviate
The next possibilty is that the person that is trying to give commmands to the collar doesn’t have any sort of ownership permissions set on the collar. In this case the person will need to be added as a primary or secondary owner in order for them to be able to have any level of control over the collar.
If none of this seems to be working please contact Lucius Obviate or Sahbra Sachertorte in world for further assitance with your problem.
Q: I bought the wrong collar, can I exchange it?
A: Yes, you will need to send a notecard to Lucius Obviate with your name, collar type and transaction number. The name of the notecard should be as follows:
Infinity [COLLAR NAME HERE] – [YOUR NAME HERE]
Once your request is received you will be asked to send your collar in order to receive your new one. Please do not send your collar before it is asked for. If it gets lost in my inventory then I may not be able to verify that you sent it at all.

For those of you that like a little diversity in color you can now get the Samira set in Red and Black, Red and Gold and Blue and Gold.

Availible in red, black, gold, blue or green these silks are artisically inspired by vintage belly dancing pinups. This six piece highly detailed set includes, beaded bracelets and anklets, a ribbon adorned beaded necklace and a skirt that is the perfect marriage of silk and steel.

The Chatka and Kalmak
Available in Black with red trim, Blue with Gold trim, Green with gold trim and red with black trim. These designs are inspired by the garments that were described in Nomads of Gor used by the Wagon Peoples to designate a kajira.
Each set includes an opaque and sheer textured kalmak, optional prim corset ties for the kalmak, a prim chatka(skirt) and a prim head curla.
These sets are available in world wherever Infinity items are sold and on SLX and onrez.
New Main Store Location
As some of you may or may not know Infinity Inc was pretty much defunct for a long period of time. Since it’s reopening I have held sells through SLX and through various stalls in SL but I felt the need to give a more centralized location. The reason being is that my stall locations fluctuate based upon sales and I don’t want people to have to run all over SL looking for something.
So with this in mind together with Elements (Sabina Takakura) a main location was opened inside of Alika Sao’s Gorean Mall.
Here you can see the Infinity side of the store complete with a big sign to answer all the major questions about what exactly the collar is capable of.
And here you can see the Elements side of the store and all of the fabulous clothing items for women of all roles that Sabina offers.

Infinity collars version 3.5 is now available on SL Exchange and in world at Port Olni, Holmesk, Laura, Port Kar, Meadows of Salerius, Hills of Cardonicus, Aria, Nyuki, Kamras and Gotham City XXX.
Also available is the new Bound Bone collar!
Release Notes v3.5:*
▪Collars will now no longer reset on logout or teleport when the primary owner is the same as the collar owner.
▪Collars will now completely disengage the leash when the owner is out of range rather than only hiding the particle chain
▪Default command channel is now 1.
▪Collars can now be updated wherever Infinity collars are sold.**
*If you currently own and Infinity collar please contact Lucius Obviate in game via IM or notecard to update to the latest version.
**Your current collar will be disabled if you update it. This is done to prevent manipulation of update system to receive free collars. If you should have an issue with the update please contact Lucius Obviate or Sahbra Sachertorte in world for assistance.
Important Announcement:
Any sim that agrees to put a single panel Infinity vendor at their TP point will be given a 15% discount to all members of their city group. Those sims that allow a full display to be placed will receive a 25% discount for all members of their city group. Discounts will remain in place as long as the displays remain in place.
