Q: Why won’t my collar respond to commands it’s being given?
A: There is are a variety of things that could cause your collar to not respond to commands. The most common one is that you are saying them on the wrong channel. By default Infinity collars work on channel 1. So before the commands will work you need to type /1.
Example:
/1 .owner Lucius Obviate
The next possibilty is that the person that is trying to give commmands to the collar doesn’t have any sort of ownership permissions set on the collar. In this case the person will need to be added as a primary or secondary owner in order for them to be able to have any level of control over the collar.

Q: I bought the wrong collar, can I exchange it?
A: Yes, you will need to send a notecard to Lucius Obviate with your name, collar type and transaction number. The name of the notecard should be as follows:
Infinity [COLLAR NAME HERE] – [YOUR NAME HERE]
Once your request is received you will be asked to send your collar in order to receive your new one. Please do not send your collar before it is asked for. If it gets lost in my inventory then I may not be able to verify that you sent it at all.
